What we're building and why

Redvive now owns redvive.com — a master brand domain that supersedes seven fragmented properties and gives the company a single, authoritative home for two distinct audiences: clinicians evaluating PBM as a practice integration, and patients seeking validation of what their doctor prescribed.

The existing Manus-built site at redvivehealth.com is strong clinical content — it does not need to be rebuilt from scratch. It needs to be translated into Webflow using a design system and CMS architecture that makes it editable, scalable, and fully owned by the Redvive team long-term. The patient path and homepage are net-new builds designed using AI tools before any Webflow build hours are logged. The AP portal migrates to portal.redvive.com via DNS subdomain — no rebuild required.

AI-assisted design.
Webflow-native build.

This project uses an AI-first design methodology across every page. No page is designed manually from scratch. AI tools handle ideation, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototype generation. Manual Webflow work is limited to the elements that must be built natively: design system, CMS collections, component library, DNS, and technical integrations.

This compresses design time significantly. The client reviews AI-generated prototypes before any Webflow build hours begin — meaning revision cycles happen at the fast, low-cost prototype stage rather than in production.

01
Manus
Clinic path translation & patient prototypes

The Manus-to-Webflow Connector translates the existing clinic site directly into Webflow components. Net-new pages are prototyped in Manus for client approval before build begins.

02
Relume
Wireframes & component generation

Relume generates Webflow-compatible component structures for the patient path and global pages, importing directly into Webflow with no translation layer between wireframe and build.

03
Webflow — manual only
Infrastructure, systems & integrations

Style guide, brand tokens, CMS collection setup, component library, DNS/subdomain config, 301 redirects, GHL form integrations, and go-live QA.

What this means for Redvive
  • Every page design is reviewed as an AI-generated prototype before Webflow build hours begin.
  • Design revisions happen at prototype stage — fast and low-cost — not in production.
  • AI tools compress estimated build time by 30–40% versus a traditional agency approach.
  • Redvive owns everything in Webflow at handoff — full editorial control with no developer dependency for content.

redvive.com sitemap &
content structure

The full site routes all visitors through a two-path homepage. The AP portal migrates from redvivelaunchpad.com to portal.redvive.com via DNS subdomain — no rebuild required, nav AP Login link routes there directly.

8 weeks to launch

AI-assisted design means prototype review happens in days, not weeks. Timeline assumes client content (Dr. Desai story, testimonials, AP location data) is delivered before Phase 3 build begins.

What we need from each other

Client content dependencies
Before Phase 3 build begins: Dr. Desai founder narrative (500–800 words), Achilles MRI image (cleared for web), professional headshot, patient testimonials (min. 6), and AP location data. Delays extend timeline but not fixed fee.
Prototype approval gates
Every page type is prototyped via Manus or Relume and requires approval before Webflow build hours begin. Homepage is a hard gate before Phase 2. Patient path prototypes gate Phase 3. This protects both parties from late-stage design changes.
Portal subdomain
redvivelaunchpad.com migrates to portal.redvive.com via DNS CNAME only. No Notion rebuild included. All existing Launchpad content, passwords, and functionality remain unchanged.
Revisions
Two rounds of revision included per phase. Additional rounds billed at $150/hr. Scope additions after Phase 0 sign-off are estimated separately as change orders.
Out of scope
portal.redvive.com content rebuild (DNS only), GHL funnel build beyond form integration, Social Snowball config, paid media landing pages, copywriting, and post-launch maintenance. Monthly retainer available separately.
Intellectual property
All design assets and the Webflow build are owned by Redvive Health LLC upon receipt of final payment. Vikaizen Studios retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
